This is web-base functionality, enabling the user to manage quotes for resellers or customers. Application enables user to search item specific information and also recommend various relative items for purchase order. User can generate quotes in excel format. The security implemented is role based. .Net platform is employed for this functionality.
Rebate Processing System (RPS) – Giltedge (Datamatrix Technologies, Inc.)
This is a web-based application. It enables the user organization (BPO) to process rebate/discount checks on behalf of the offering company (Client). The client registers with the BPO for an offer. The fees, processing charges, etc. are agreed upon and an agreement is in place. The BPO will create and Account for the client in the application. Once the Client launches an offer on a product, the same is registered in the application. The customers buying the products would send in the rebate forms. The forms are collected by the BPO unit and processed. The checks are mailed to the customers directly by the BPO unit, for all approved rebates and once the payment for the same is received from the Client. The back office of the BPO unit functions also as a call center, to answer queries from the customers regarding the rebates.

A Trusteeship application has been developed and delivered in two phases. The application encompasses all the activities for a company acting as a Trustee. The project was initiated in January 2002, with start of requirements gathering and analysis. Initial study phase completed in November 2002 with formalization of the System Requirement Specifications document. Development followed, starting in Dec 2002. The first phase was implemented in August 2004. Second phase “Securitization”, commenced in September 2004, and was implemented in Jan 2005. User Acceptance Test certificate is expected from the client any moment now. Based on our quality and on time delivery, the client has asked for an AMC for a period of one year.

Trans CDC-GS has recently implemented Business Development (BD) system for marketing department of Hindustan Construction Company Ltd. HCC is a renowned multi-crore company in the business of infrastructure building for more than 75 years. The software helps the marketing department to prepare tender documents, monitor the entire tendering process and keep tracks of different tenders, identify new projects, and create a databank of the projects. The software helps the management make business plans and maintain data banks on projects executed by HCC. The BD system is being used extensively by the client.
Data Transformation and Report Printing Application – SBI Canada
A DTRP application is being developed for an overseas client. The application will enable the user to Print necessary Tax reports and submit summary report electronically to Government department. The input data is in the form of reports generated from other Applications. This is pilot project, based on which the customer has committed to offload more work on continuous basis. However we were able to deliver as per client’s expectations and on time.
Audio-Video Conferencing Product Support – Communications Experts Pvt. Ltd.
Support for an audio/video conferencing product is being carried out of the Bangalore office. The product supports multi point conferencing, enabling the user to attend conference meetings using the standard desktop computer and without leaving one’s office desk. The product also supports conference users over PSTN lines. Also document sharing is supported by the product. The product is due for commercial launch in the near future.
